Ongoing bookings are payable weekly in arrears by online payment, standing order, or cash

A minimum of three days’ email notice is required to cancel any ongoing days booking in any particular week, otherwise the full payment for the cancelled day or days will still be payable in full.

For all as-needed bookings full advance payment for the booking is due no less than seven days before the booking starts by online payment. No refunds are given if a booking is made and paid for with seven days or fewer notice. For bookings made and paid for more than seven days in advance of the bookings start date but needs cancelling by giving seven days or more written notice, Tcpetcare will deduct a cancelation fee of 60% from the moneys already paid thst need to be refunded.
