1. What is PetProHub?
PetProHub is a platform designed to help pet owners find professional pet care providers across Warwickshire and the West Midlands.
It focuses on directly connecting pet owners with established pet care businesses such as dog walkers, pet sitters, groomers, trainers, licensed boarding providers, and other pet-related businesses.
2. How is this different from searching on Google?
Search engines return a wide mix of results, including unverified providers and informal services. It is also easy for local pet care businesses to get lost on platforms like Google, especially if they don’t rank high enough to feature on the first couple of pages.
PetProHub is focused specifically on professional pet care businesses, helping pet owners find relevant, reliable providers more easily.
3. What are the benefits for my business using PetProHub over other well-known platforms?
Unlike platforms such as Rover, Tailster, and Cat In A Flat, your clients do not have to book through them. Also, with those types of platform they take a commission of around 20% from the price you quoted the client on their platform, leaving you out of pocket on every booking through them. In addition, they can have a reputation for being slow to pay out to the pet care business.
PetProHub is a simpler, fairer way to promote your pet care business.
You pay a straightforward monthly subscription to be listed, while dealing directly with your clients at all times. They contact you, book with you, and pay you directly. There are no commission fees on your bookings and no long-term contracts — giving you full control over your business.

The planned pricing is a £20.00 per month recurring subscription for a standard listing, which should easily pay for itself with one or two additional bookings each month. More tiers will be added as the platform grows.
Early registrants will receive priority listing when the platform launches.
7. When will PetProHub launch?
PetProHub is currently in development.
The platform will move to the next stage once there is a sufficient number of businesses that have registered interest in joining and listing.

9. What is the Verified PetProHub badge?
This is a future feature. The Verified PetProHub badge will be intended to highlight professional pet care providers.

10. Will my business need a licence to join?
Not all pet care services require a licence.
However, services such as boarding and daycare must comply with the
Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018. and be licenced and inspected by their local authority

12. Who is behind PetProHub?
PetProHub has been created by Steve Frost owner of Tcpetcare, an established pet care business in Coventry operating since 2019.
The platform is being developed with a focus on professional standards and industry understanding, and in time will be transferred away from the the Tcpetcare website to its own site.
13. How do I register my interest in being included when PetProHub Launches?

14. What happens after I register interest?
After registering:

You will be contacted when the platform progresses

You will be invited to submit your listing details via the online form that will be on the site by then, and activate your subscription
14. Can I cancel my subscription, and what happens if I cancel?
You can cancel your PetProHub subscription at any time.
Once cancelled, your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it will be removed from the platform.
There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. PetProHub is designed to be flexible, allowing businesses to join and leave as needed.
If you choose to return in the future, you will be able to reactivate your listing, although availability of features or pricing may differ depending on the stage of the platform.
The aim is to make PetProHub a valuable platform that businesses choose to remain part of, rather than feel obliged to stay.
