2. How is this different from searching on Google or Social Media?

General search engines return a wide mix of results, including unverified providers, informal services, and irrelevant results. It is also easy for small local pet care businesses to get lost on these platforms and also in Facebook groups because of the algorithms they operate, with the result being they do not rank high enough to feature on the first couple of pages, which most of us rarely go past on a search.

Unlike platforms like Rover, Tailster, and Cat In A Flat, where bookings and payments must go through the platform, PetProHub works differently.

Twenty quid a month should easily pay for itself with one or two additional bookings each month. More tiers will be added as the platform grows. PetProHub is a genuine monthly subscription, which you can pause or cancel at any time, There is none of this having to pay for twelve months upfront either, which is a pet hate of mine.

9. Will my business need to licenced to join?

Not all pet care services require a licence, so only if you need a licence from your local authority

This includes servicesl ike boarding kennel and catteries, and pet daycare facilities, all of which must comply with the
Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018. and be licenced and inspected by their local authority

PetProHub has been created by Steve Frost of Tcpetcare, an established pet care business in Coventry that's been operating since 2019.

The platform has a clear focus on professional standards and industry understanding, and in time will be moved to its own dedicated website address and site.

12. Can I cancel my subscription, and what happens if I cancel?

You can cancel or pause your PetProHub subscription at any time.

Once cancelled or paused, your listing will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it will be removed from the platform, with you having  the option of relisting at any time

There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. PetProHub is designed to be flexible, allowing businesses to join and leave as needed.

If you do choose to return in the future the availability of features or pricing may differ depending on the stage of the platform.

The aim is to make PetProHub a valuable platform that businesses choose to remain part of, rather than feel obliged to stay.
