These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between Tcpetcare Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the Client (“you”, “your”) for the provision of pet care services. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.and Conditions
Definitions Within These Terms &Conditions

“Services” – pet care services provided by Tcpetcare Ltd, including but not limited to dog walking, cat home visits, dog home visits, and related care.

“Pet(s)” – the animal(s) in our care under the terms of this Agreement.

“Client” – the pet owner or authorised representative requesting our Services.
Clause 1. Bookings & Payments
1.1 A booking is only confirmed once terms are agreed by the client and.
1.2 Full payment must be made by the set out due date. Failure to pay in time may nullify the agreement
3.3 Tcpetcare reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at any time at our sole discretion.
Clause 2. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible. Our cancellation terms are designed to reflect the genuine costs and time lost when bookings are cancelled.
2.1 Credits for as-needed bookings

More than 7 days’ notice: the client will receive full credit towards future bookings if payment has been made and received.

Exactly 7 days’ notice: 50% credit towards future bookings if payment has been made and received.

Less than 7 days’ notice: full payment is still due and no credit is applicable if payment has already be made and received
2.2 Ongoing bookings

I more than 24 hours’ notice is received in writing: no payment will be due for the cancelled date(s).

If less than 24 hours’ notice is received in writing: full payment will be required required for the cancelled date.
2.3 Company cancellations
If we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full credit towards future services.
Clause 3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 You confirm your Pet(s) are:

A: In good health, fit for exercise, and free from contagious conditions.

B: Fully vaccinated (where applicable) and up to date with flea and worming treatments.
3.2 You must disclose any behavioural issues (e.g. aggression, anxiety, fear triggers).
3.3 You must provide all necessary equipment (lead, harness, litter, food, medication, etc.) in safe working order.
3.4 You authorise us to access your property for the agreed pet care purpose and confirm said property is safe and secure.
Clause 4. Pet Welfare & Safety
4.1 Your pet’s welfare is our priority. We will act in your pet’s best interests at all times.
4.2 We reserve the right refuse or terminate services if a pet poses a safety and or health risk to itself, the general public, other animals, or our staff.
4.3 Group dog walks are not provided unless otherwise agreed.
4.4 Reasonable adjustments may be made (e.g. shorter walks in extreme weather, indoor play when unsafe to go outside for whatever reason).
Clause 5. Emergencies & Veterinary Care
5.1 In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, we will:

A: Attempt to contact you or your secondary emergency contact immediately.

B:If you or your emergency contact cannot be reached, we will seek veterinary care at your pet’s registered vet (or the nearest available vet if necessary).
5.2 You agree to cover all veterinary costs, including emergency treatment.
5.3 While we take all reasonable care, we are not liable for illness, injury, or death of a pet while in our care except where caused by our proven negligence.
Clause 6. Our Liability
6.1 Tcpetcare Ltd holds public liability insurance.
6.2 We are not responsible for:

A: Damage or injury caused by your pet to any property, people, or other animals.

B: Loss, theft, or damage of personal items in your property.

C: Any and all costs incurred by you should you have to of cancel or alter your own arrangements (e.g. accommodation, travel etc.).
6.3 Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the Services booked, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
Clause 7 Keys & Security
7.1 Keys or access codes provided to us will be held securely and returned on request.
7.2 We accept a duty of care in handling keys but are not liable for any burglaries, break-ins, or property damage that happen while keys and codes are in our care, unless directly caused by our proven negligence.
Clause 8. Insurances
8.1 You are responsible for ensuring your Pet(s) are insured for illness, accidents, and third-party liability.
8.2 Our own business liability insurance covers claims arising from our services but does not replace your own pet insurance or cover unrelated losses.
Clause 9. Data Protection & Privacy
9.1 We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
9.2 Your personal data will only be used to provide Services and will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law.
9.3 Our full Privacy Notice (including data rights and retention periods) is available on request.
Clause 10. Termination of Contract
10.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice (text, WhatsApp, or email) in line with clause section 2.
10.2 We reserve all rights to terminate services immediately if:

A: Fees remain unpaid.

B: Your Pet is aggressive, dangerous, or unfit for care.

C: You breach these terms and conditions .
D: We will give reasonable notice of termination where possible unless immediate termination is required for safety or non-payment.
Clause 11:. Force Majeure
Tcpetcare is not liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, transport disruption, or government restrictions.
Clause 12. Governing Laws
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Clause 13. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
