Ongoing bookings such as walks are payable weekly in arrears by bank transfer, standing order, or cash. All other bookings, such as care visits, are payable in full via the same payment methods for the dates required at least seven calendar days before the first date.  

A minimum of three days’ email notice is required to cancel any ongoing days booking in any particular week, otherwise the full payment for the cancelled day or days will still be payable in full.

No refunds are given for bookings made and paid for with seven days or less notice.

For cancellations with at least seven days’ notice, a 60% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
